I just want to introduce myself!

I am new to the whole Blog thing so I just want to introduce myself and my company. My name is Heather and I will be the one doing most of the posting on here. I work for a company called Surplus Salvage, LLC. We salvage industrial electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, disconnects, and almost everything in between. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for 7 years. We are a dynamic company made up of people mostly in their 20's and early 30's (I would be the old lady of the group) with the exception of our CEO who has had 30 years of experience as an electrician in the industrial electrical trade. That would make him well past his early 30's! :)
We pride ourselves on our customer service and all of our sales are satisfaction guaranteed! We present the customer with good-quality photos and accurate information before they ever pay a dime. We want the customer to know exactly what they are getting. We are also happy to answer any questions about an item. We try to find out as much about the application of the item before we sell it so the customer knows whether or not it is the right kind of line-up for the job. Sometimes it isn't! We will be honest and say that something else would work better for the customers needs and we will also let you know if we don't think something would be up to code.
