Siemens currently manufactures the BQD style breaker. The BQCH breaker is the older version of the BQD. Both styles use the same frame, and can be interchanged within a panel. These breakers range from 15 to 100 amps. The single pole version runs at 277 VAC, while the 2 and 3 pole versions run at 480Y/277. These voltages allow for an Interrupt Rating at 14 KA. The catalog numbers on these breakers look a little different.
